MY STORY
My name is Mark Summers and here is a little bit about my story ……
" The day the police told me and my mam that they had found my brother, hoping they had found him alive but stating it as a body broke me. As much as my heart broke into so many pieces I truly forgave him because I know how consuming and difficult it can become and I know the pain it causes you and it just becomes unbearable. And I thought how strong he was to go through with it and in a way I had respect for his choice to leave this difficult world.
In March of 2021 we went through what nobody should ever go through and sadly they do a lot and daily and its becoming worse even though the government know it is the biggest pandemic there ever will be!
My older brother Stephen aged 31 took his own life, the pain it has left us in will never leave but today I can say by doing this and creating a unique event in memory of him and all the others that chose the same path gives me a feeling not even money could buy.
this is why i was guided to do something proactive and different to help change the process which is destroying individuals and their loved ones.
"People deserve to be given the correct intervention to prevent their own safety and to stop the pain caused to themselves and their familys"
WHY I WANT TO DO THIS
Once upon a time, in a small but close-knit community, lived a young man named Mark. Mark was known for his kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering determination to make a difference in the world. However, behind that facade of strength, he carried a deep pain within his heart.
“ WE ARE THE ACTORS AND THE EARTH IS OUR STAGE “
Tragedy had struck Marks life in March 2021 when his beloved brother took his own life. The devastating loss shook Mark and his family to the core, leaving him broken and questioning why he couldn't have done more to save his brother. Overwhelmed by grief, he sought solace and comfort from his family, friends, and even his own inner demons.
As time passed, Mark began to find healing and a renewed sense of purpose within himself. Determined to honor his brother Stephen’s memory and help others who may be battling similar struggles, he decided to organize a charity event to raise funds for Suicide Prevention Charities.

With the unwavering support of his loved ones, Mark poured his heart and soul into planning every detail of the event. He envisioned an event that would shine a light on mental health, break the stigma surrounding suicide, and provide hope to those who needed it most.
Mark tirelessly contacted local businesses, organizations, and community leaders, sharing his story and seeking their support. Slowly but surely, others were touched by the young man's commitment and joined him in his cause. Volunteers offered their time and skills, sponsors donated funds and resources, and attendees showed overwhelming love and compassion.
